Position Overview
The Lisa Green Campbell State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This position is focused primarily on new customer acquisition and sales growth through proactive prospecting, relationship building, needs-based conversations, and consistent follow-up.
The ideal candidate is confident communicating with people, enjoys developing new relationships, is comfortable working toward measurable sales goals, and understands that long-term success comes from doing what is right for the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, networking, lead follow-up, community engagement, and other prospecting activities.
- Respond promptly to prospective customers and consistently follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm insurance and financial services products.
- Quote and sell eligible products, including auto, home, renters, life, health, and other available products based on licensing and agency needs.
- Cross-sell appropriate products to help customers address multiple insurance and financial needs.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and convert qualified opportunities into new customers.
- Ask for referrals and identify opportunities to expand the agency's presence within the community.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately document prospect activity, follow-ups, appointments, and results.
- Meet or exceed established goals for contacts, quotes, applications, new households, premium, and other agency production objectives.
- Participate in agency sales meetings, training, coaching, and professional development.
- Maintain knowledge of State Farm products, underwriting guidelines, sales processes, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Provide a professional and welcoming customer experience that reflects the standards of the Lisa Green Campbell State Farm Agency.

- Comfortable prospecting and initiating conversations with potential customers.
- Ability to work with goals, activity expectations, and performance metrics.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to listen carefully and identify customer needs rather than simply focusing on making a sale.
- Team-oriented and willing to contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, dependability, and accountability.
- Previous sales, insurance, financial services, customer acquisition, or business development experience is preferred but we are willing to train.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are preferred. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain the licenses required for the position.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
