"Follow up edit (08/31/2026): Policy is still not canceled even after confirming with an agent. Reached out today and no follow up. Not sure at this point what I need to do to cancel my policy.
I’ve been trying to cancel my renter’s policy for over two weeks now. Sent the “written letter” stating that I don’t need the policy anymore (moved to another state).
Still getting charged for the renters policy for an apartment I no longer live in. Not happy with the level of service and the complete lack of follow up."
